Characteristic
The high speed slitting machine adopts PLC control, photoelectric tracking and correction system, and the winding tension control is realized by the magnetic powder clutch through the PLC and touch screen. The roll tension is controlled by the magnetic powder brake and automatic tension. The roll adopts air expansion shaft, with automatic pressure, so that it can be automatically raised and lowered. The frequency converter controls the working speed of the whole machine, and it is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat end surface and easy subsequent processing.
Application
The machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding all kinds of BOPP, PET, PE, PVC, pearl film, paper and other materials. Minimum slitting width of final product can be 5mm.
