Functions:
The slitting machine is to slit and rewind big width material roll to small width. It can slit paper, label, plastic film, BOPP, copper foil, PET, PC, PVC, PCB, FPC, Lithium battery film, flannelette, metal foil and all kinds of non metal materials in roll form.
Feature:
1. The machine body adopt 40mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
3. SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
4. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding structure make the jumbo rolls loading more easily and save labor.
6. The finished rolls will automatically unload to the ground.
7. The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position,which can improve the accuracy.
8. Slitting knife installing in the backside of machine,the design makes it more convenient to adjust the knife.
Machine details:
1.Knife Lifte Time: This is mechanical round slitting knife. The down blade and seat life-time can be more than 2 years. But the upper blade is spare parts. It shoud be sharpen or change per 8-12 months (depend on paper roll thichness and intensity of work)
2.Slitting Width Adjustment:Our the model machine is friendly to change slitting blades. Operators can easily load and unload blade.
Roll Unwinder Device: We have different types of unwinding device, one is pneumatic heavy unwinding device that can stand 1200kg, another is hydraulic unwinding device that can stand 800kg.
